Frederick Iseman

Frederick J. Iseman is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CI Capital Partners, which he founded in 1993. Fred has over 35 years of investing experience in private equity.  Under Fred’s leadership, CI Capital Partners has invested in excess of $2.5 billion.  Fred is a member of the Board of Directors of each of CI Capital Partners’ current portfolio companies. In addition, Fred was either a Board member or Chairman of CI Capital Partners’ 33 other portfolio companies.  Since inception, CI Capital Partners and its portfolio companies have made over 440 acquisitions representing over $11 billion in enterprise value.  Fred holds a B.A. in English Literature from Yale University.
